2. Register your enquiry or interest. Our operators will take your details. We will contact you by telephone if you have requested us to do so, within 24 hours. We may ask to see photographs of the area of your body that you want surgery on. If you have requested a brochure we will send you one within 7 working days.

3. We will send you a quotation via fax or e mail for your immediate attention within 48 hours.
If you decide you want to proceed we will send you a written quotation, our full terms and conditions and a full health questionnaire that must be completed. The quotation will be with you within 8 working days. Once you have checked your quotation and are happy we will ask you to sign the terms and conditions agreement. Upon signing the BFN contract and us receiving it we will then ask you for a deposit of 50%. Via credit card payment.

4. We will arrange a mutually convenient time for your surgery. We can arrange your flight, if you want us to via our ABTA Bonded travel agent and ask you to pay the flight cost. The tickets will be sent directly to your contact address.

5. We will then book your hotel on your behalf. However, because BFN have negotiated special tariffs in the hotels should your surgery not proceed you will be asked to pay the true hotel tariff directly to the hotel.

6. BFN Cosmetic Tourism will pick you up from Ercan Airport and take you to see your hotel. Immediately after viewing your hotel we will take you for your pre-consultation where you will meet our surgeon, discuss your surgery and ask any questions you want to. You will then meet the anaesthetist who will discuss the procedure to you.

7. You will then have your full range of health tests. Full blood tests, ECG and x-ray you must be NIL BY MOUTH for at least 8 hours before these tests.

8. After the tests any balance due must be paid at this stage. Providing that the tests are satisfactory you will be shown to your private room. You may settle down and rest in preparation for your surgery.

9. You will be NIL BY MOUTH ready for your operation. 24 hour nursing and BFN Cosmetic Tourism are in the hospital throughout your stay.

10. Before your surgery you will have your pre-observations and pre-medication and will be taken into theatre.

• Please note that some operation times could be subject to change.
These changes are out of the control of BFN Cosmetic Tourism such as flight delays. This will obviously affect your NIL BY MOUTH STATUS but we will advise the patient fully.

• Should the patient’s tests come back as an unsatisfactory result, for the total safety of the patient we will retest the patient the next day and monitor any changes to see if surgery can take place. Should it be deemed by the medical board that surgery can not proceed the patient will forfeit their right to their initial 50% deposit being returned. This is to contribute towards the medical team’s fees, health tests and administration charges.
